My Weight Loss Journal

So I'm in the process of trying to lose weight. I figured I'd start a web page to try and help me along with my goal. A humiliation on the web might help with my self-loathing and give me the motivation I need to get on track without paying someone to help me lose that 10 pounds I want to get rid of.

I've done it before and I know I can do it again. I want to lose at least 10 pounds, possibly 15 if I'm not happy when I get to the 10 mark. I will do this by working out and using the weight watchers point counting again. I'm making this site to motivate me.

So I'm 5'11" and weigh 164. I want to lose approximately 5 pounds per month over the next two months. I've started easily by working out 30 minutes every other day. Just light aerobics, I don't want to burn out, but I want to increase it to harder stuff now that this isn't as hard. I'm going to do this. I can get back to how I was. My health is getting better and I can withstand a work out session, so now there is no excuse not to lose weight! I was looking through my summer clothes, and all of the tiny little skirts, size 4!! HAHA. Yeah right. So now I need to get my act together because I didn't throw those clothes away.
